We take care to keep product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional values and certifications on this site accurate and current. Recipes, packaging and specifications do change, and the printed pack is always the authority. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, read the physical packaging before consuming the product and do not rely on this website alone.
Product availability varies by market. Something shown here is not a representation that it is currently stocked in your country.
Trade enquiries and specifications
Specifications, case configurations, lead times and any commercial terms published on this site or supplied in downloadable documents are indicative and for information only. They are not an offer, and nothing on this site forms a contract. Binding terms are those set out in a signed agreement or an accepted purchase order.
Intellectual property
The Modern Food name, the Papy Snacks, Dubai Pofak, Dubai Bites and Chipstix brands, all logos, packaging designs, photography and text on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate us as a supplier. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Press and trade partners who need brand assets should ask us. Write to info@hbas.ae and we will usually say yes and send you better files than the ones on the page.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or anything behind it, submit anything unlawful or deliberately false through our forms, or use automated means to place load on the site beyond ordinary browsing and indexing.

We link to other websites, including those of the HBAS Group of Industries, marketplaces that list our products, and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
